On April 28, 2018, PU-X premiered it’s very first ”Dine & Share” class. Some of the top management of Agung Podomoro Group and Senayan City Board of Directors took part as participant, including Mr. Putra Trihatma Haliman and Mrs. Stephanie, Mr. Waluyo, Mr. Johan Gito and Mr. Ronald Lim.
The main course cooking demo was presented by Chef Ricky Andersen, the Silver Medal Award Winner of The 10th Culinary Show, Bali. He shares tips in processing Wagyu Beef, combined with Ginger to create a sophisticated menu which indulged by the participants right after.
In the next session, Chef Billy Tanius gave plating tips for Mango Pannacotta dessert. The participants involved on the hands-on plating training. The training session were completed with Barista Vincent Leewellyn shared his knwoledge on Coffee Tasting and Vaccum Technique.
